Jadi dicoba langkah-langkah kecilnya dulu deh...

Saya mau mulai untuk tidak mengeluh....!
Kedengerannya simple kan ya? NOT!
Temen kantor banting-banting telpon?
Temen sebelah ngegosip kenceng-kenceng di telpon padahal kerjaan lagi hectic?
Bos tiba-tiba punya ide cemerlang dan urgent dikerjain hari itu juga jam...4 sore?
Temen main tiba-tiba entah kenapa berubah jadi ababil manja?
Menahan diri tidak mengeluh itu....sulit *tarik napas panjang sambil gertakin gigi
Namun...waktu kamu bisa menahan diri, biar hanya sehari, rasanya jadi berkuasa
Saya sudah mencoba dan masih sering gagal siiihhh...dan ada satu efek yang baru saya sadari
Saya merasa lebih bahagia!
Bukan karena hidup jadi lebih mudah, simply karena saya menahan diri untuk mengeluh
Dan ada lagi yang bikin saya tambah yakin percobaan ini baik sekali buat diri saya...
Beberapa orang, bahkan seorang GM yang jarang ketemu saya,
Bilang kalau saya...ceria...
Wah!
Dan padahal saya baru mulai ‘percobaan’ ini sebulan lebih dikit.
Mereka tidak bilang saya berubah
